Dear Participants,

Thank you for the many interesting contributions you have sent. They have been forwarded to the respective workshop coordinators, who will contact you shortly (if they have not already done so). The non-traditional launching and organisation of this major event has resulted in a wide range of participants. We have therefore decided to limit the number of long presentations, in order to provide more time for general discussion.

Given that requests to participate continue to arrive, the printed programme will not contain the final list of participants. However, we can guarantee as of now that all participants will be included in the final programme which will be available on-line during the meeting, and subsequently in a different format.
